A meeting between Presidents of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko has kicked off in Moscow.
At the beginning of the meeting, Putin noted that the sides will assess the progress in military cooperation.
Lukashenko joked at the meeting with Putin that he was glad to dilute the Western elites with his visit to Russia. According to him, Russia and Belarus have to respond to the West through diplomacy and drills.
