The Cuban authorities believe Washington is guilty of unleashing propaganda hysteria around the situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border, Izvestia reported.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla made a statement to this effect on Saturday.
“We resolutely reject the propaganda hysteria unleashed by the US government against Russia,” the Cuban Foreign Minister said.
In addition, Cuba opposes NATO's advance towards Russia's borders, the minister added.
