The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is convening a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council. He will declare martial law in Ukraine. The secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, informed about this in a comment to Ukrayinska Pravda.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian airspace has been closed for civilian planes.
