The Russian armed forces are not carrying out any missile, air or artillery strikes on Ukrainian cities, the Russian defense ministry reported, according to RIA Novosti.
It is stated that the civilian population of Ukraine is not at risk, and the military infrastructure, air defense facilities, military airports, and air force of Ukraine are being rendered ineffective with high precision means.
