STEPANAKERT. – President Arayik Harutyunyan on Tuesday convened a meeting of the Security Council Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The external and internal challenges facing Artsakh, as well as the ongoing processes in the international and regional arenas were on the agenda, the press service of the Artsakh President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Also, the future respective plans and programs were clarified.
