Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree banning cash exports of foreign currency from Russia exceeding $10,000 in value, with effect from Wednesday, the Kremlin said in a statement, Reuters reported.
Putin signed a document on "Additional temporary economic measures to ensure the financial stability of the Russian Federation."
