The list of 12 candidates for the presidential elections in France, scheduled for April, was finally approved and announced on Monday by the chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic, Laurent Fabius.

The recording of the briefing was published by the press service of this state institution.

In total, 65 people initially declared their desire to participate in the elections, Fabius said.
