An earthquake with magnitude 3.8 occurred 5 kilometers from the Georgian border, the epicenter was in Chechnya (Russia), the National Seismic Monitoring Center reported.
The tremors were recorded at 10:24 local time.
The epicenter was at a depth of 5 kilometers, the center said.
