The Russian side declares a "regime of silence," and is ready to provide humanitarian corridors in Ukraine for the evacuation of civilians. This was announced by the Russian interdepartmental coordinating headquarters for humanitarian response in Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.

“In a large number of settlements almost throughout Ukraine, first of all in large cities, the situation has become a humanitarian catastrophe due to the inability of Kiev to provide humanitarian corridors.

At the same time, the Russian Federation has fully ensured the preparation and security of the evacuation of civilians and foreign nationals on the routes planned during the previously announced humanitarian operations," the statement also reads.
