Acting President Alen Simonyan of Armenia on Tuesday issued a congratulatory message to women on the occasion of International Women's Day.
"Women's Day is a holiday of joy, positive emotions and thoughts the source of which is you, dear women—as mothers and wives, as daughters and sisters. You yourselves are destiny and, at the same time, you decide destiny," the message reads in part.
