The US Embassy in Armenia has issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of International Women's Day and posted a respective video on its Facebook page.

“Happy International Women’s Day! As we face challenges around the globe, women lead. Despite inequalities and unequal burdens, throughout history they have fought injustice, shattered barriers, and expanded possibilities for every woman and girl,” the message reads.

Also, the embassy called on to check out the short congratulatory video to hear from US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy.
