On the occasion of the spring holidays and by the decision of governor Nazeli Baghdasaryan of Armenia’s Shirak Province, three servicewomen from Shirak have been awarded with certificates—and in recognition of their complete devotion to the homeland, as well as courage and selfless service while carrying out their military duty. Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned about this from the Shirak provincial hall.
These three servicewomen—Narine Simonyan, Gayane Nersisyan, and Haykanush Khachatryan—have gone a long way in military duty.
Also, Khachatryan is an anti-tank specialist who fought in the 44-day Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war in the fall of 2020, and she was on the battlefield since day one.
