Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan expressed hope that a possible meeting between Foreign Ministers of Russia and Ukraine Sergey Lavrov and Dmitry Kuleba would lead to the establishment of a ceasefire in Ukraine.
“I hope that tomorrow the first meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Russia will take place, which will open the doors for a permanent ceasefire,” he said during a speech in Ankara.
