The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's "black list" includes 286 people.
According to APA, the names of these people were included in the "list of foreign nationals who illegally crossed the border of the Republic of Azerbaijan" at different times. 30 names were included last year. All of these individuals are banned from entering Azerbaijan.
The list focuses on people visiting Nagorno-Karabakh.
