Armenian and Austrian Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Alexander Schallenberg met on the sidelines of a diplomatic forum in Antalya, the RA MFA press service informed NEWS.am. 

The ministers particularly touched upon the cooperation agenda between Armenia and Austria.

In the context of regional security issues, the Armenian Foreign Minister highlighted the provocative actions of the Azerbaijani armed forces both in Nagorno-Karabakh and on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

He also pointed to the regular violations of the ceasefire regime, cases of psychological pressure on the civilian population of Karabakh, and facts of creating artificial problems in the reconstruction of vital infrastructure. The need for a comprehensive and lasting settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the mandate of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship was stressed.

Moreover, the sides exchanged views on the process of the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations without preconditions. Other issues of mutual interest on the international agenda were also discussed.
