Turkey is moving its embassy in Kiev to the city of Chernivtsi, Foreign Ministry spokesman Tanju Bilgic said.
"We are evacuating the embassy staff for security reasons," the official, who wished to remain anonymous, told AFP.
The city of Chernivtsi is close to the Romanian border.
