Baku has raised the possibility of a meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey within the framework of a diplomatic forum in Antalya.
"There is such an idea, we support it. If Armenia is ready for it, Azerbaijan is always ready for such negotiations in any format," presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev said, explaining that a meeting of Azerbaijani, Turkish and Armenian foreign ministers is possible in Antalya.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov accused Armenia of violating the ceasefire.
He told reporters that "there are Armenians living in the territories under Russian peacekeepers' control and their integration is one of the main issues we face...We believe they are citizens of Azerbaijan," Khalafov said, adding that Armenian troops should be withdrawn from Artsakh.
