Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Yesterday, the court made an unexpected decision about arms supplier Davit Galstyan—Patron Davit. It released [him] on a 50-million dram bail.

Galstyan is involved in the [criminal] case of useless missiles launched by the NSS [(National Security Service)], and is accused of embezzling about 4.7 million [US] dollars and committing other dangerous acts.

[But] there is information that Patron was released as the process of buying weapons [for Armenia] has been suspended, it can be said, for a long time. No one is able to import weapons to Armenia, and they had to release Galstyan so that they resume the import—using his connections.
