As of March 21, Aeroflot will resume regular flights between Moscow and Baku, and as of March 22—between Moscow and Yerevan, informed the flag carrier and largest airline of Russia.

These flights will be conducted on a daily basis.

As of March 8, Aeroflot had canceled all of its international flights—except for those between the Belarusian capital Minsk.

The decision had followed the proposal of the Russian Federal Agency for Air Transport (Rosaviatsiya). The latter had called on Russian airlines to suspend their flights abroad to avoid the seizure of their planes—and which have begun after the imposition of EU sanctions on Russia.
