As the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), as a person responsible for the protection of the rights of the people living in Artsakh, I once again appeal to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs—the Russian Federation, the United States, France—, to human rights defenders and ombudspersons of all states, to international institutions and human rights organizations to inform that thousands of Armenians living in Artsakh are regularly subjected to terroristic and genocidal acts carried out by Azerbaijan every day. The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan, noted this in a video message.

He added, in particular, that it is the seventh day that the people of Artsakh are deprived of natural gas supplies, and Azerbaijan's actions must be clearly assessed.
