Turkey strongly supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine and considers it necessary to work not only with it but also with Russia, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at a press conference in Ankara on Tuesday.
"Of course, we strongly support Ukraine's border and territorial integrity. But we believe that we must work with both sides for humanitarian purposes. We consider it positive that there are ongoing negotiations between them," he said.
In addition, Cavusoglu said that the evacuation of Turkish citizens from Mariupol, where about 100-110 Turkish citizens are located, is expected on Tuesday or Wednesday.
