If Russia leaves the Council of Europe, it will be forced to denounce the European Convention on Human Rights, said the Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky, RIA Novosti reported.
According to him, if Russia leaves the Council of Europe, it will be forced to denounce the European Convention on Human Rights. The politician added that human rights in Russia would be guaranteed absolutely and unconditionally.
