Oil quotes are rising on Thursday after falling for three sessions in a row, traders continue to monitor the situation around Ukraine, as well as news from China, where another outbreak of COVID-19 has been recorded.
May futures for Brent rose by $1.74 (1.78%) on the London ICE Futures exchange to $99.76 per barrel. On Wednesday, Brent fell by $1.89 (1.9%) to $98.02 per barrel.
April futures for WTI by this moment rose in price in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by $1.43 (1.5%), to $96.47 per barrel. During the previous session, the contract fell by $1.4 (1.5%) to $95.04 per barrel.
