At around 10:30am on Thursday, Private Eduard Rustamyan (born 2003), a conscript, was found dead in a military unit located in the southern part of Armenia—and with a gunshot wound.

An investigation is underway to fully find out the circumstances of this incident, the Ministry of Defense (MOD) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Earlier today, the MOD announced that at around 9:10pm on Wednesday, Private Albert Siroyan (born in 2002), a conscript of a military unit of Armenia, was found dead—with a gunshot wound to the jaw—in a combat position located in the southeastern direction of the country. An investigation is underway to fully find out the circumstances of this incident.
