By the decree of President Vahagn Khachaturyan, the ambassador of Armenia to Greece, Tigran Mkrtchyan, has been concurrently appointed as the Ambassador of Armenia to Albania.
Mkrtchyan’s respective diplomatic residence will still be in Athens.
