The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Human Rights ombudsman, Gegham Stepanyan, has addressed Toivo Klaar, the European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, and Dunja Mijatovic, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights.

"Mr Toivo Klaar with the ‘active engagement’ of the Azerbaijani leadership, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is again deprived of [natural] gas supply. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ms Dunja Mijatovic are you still interested in human rights?" the ombudsman of Artsakh wrote on Twitter.
