The Dutch government has frozen almost 400 million euros in funds related to the Russians, against whom sanctions are imposed, AP reported.

Finance Minister Sigrid Kaag released the latest figures on the frozen accounts in a letter to Parliament. According to her, more than 242 million euros of funds related to the Russians have been frozen in Dutch trust companies and almost 145 million euros in bank accounts.

The rest of the frozen assets are held in investment companies and pension funds.
