STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Wednesday received a delegation headed by Taguhi Tovmasyan, Chair of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of Armenia.
Interparliamentary ties and parliamentary diplomacy were on the discussion agenda, the Office of the Artsakh President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Highlighting the periodic meetings with Armenia’s parliamentary political forces, the Artsakh president expressed gratitude to Tovmasyan for constantly voicing the issues facing Artsakh and its people and for keeping them in the spotlight.
