Armenia’s authorities are attempting to “wash” their “hands” of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) once and for all. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia deputy speaker from the opposition "Armenia" Faction and a representative of the opposition Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party Supreme Body, stated about this during Thursday’s press briefings in the NA.

According to him, Armenia’s authorities have in fact renounced their obligation to be the guarantor of the security and sovereignty of Artsakh.

"This cannot but cause concern. Sadly, those concerns are being confirmed day by day," Saghatelyan added.
