Russian President Vladimir Putin said he will speak to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan by phone on Friday, TASS reported.
"I will have an opportunity today to pass on your kind words about Yerevan to the Armenian Prime Minister, with whom we will have a phone conversation. I think he will be pleased," he said at a meeting with laureates of prizes in culture and art.
