Press Secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov reacted to another offensive statement by the head of the White House, Joe Biden, against Vladimir Putin, TASS reports.

Earlier, during a visit to a Ukrainian refugee camp in Poland, Biden spoke extremely negatively about the Russian leader, insulting him. This was not the first such statement by the American president.

As Peskov noted, it is very strange that Biden allows himself such expressions, who once personally called for the bombing of Yugoslavia and the murder of civilians.

Also, Putin's press secretary stressed that such words of the American leader further narrow the possibilities for improving relations between Russia and the United States, writes MK.
