Most of the operative control of the Azerbaijani armed forces has been transferred to Turkey, and therefore, it is naive to think that the situation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) can be resolved on the basis of a dialogue between the Russian and Azerbaijani sides. Hayk Mamijanyan, the secretary of the opposition "With Honor" Faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, on Monday told reporters this with respect to the situation in Artsakh.

"The real answers can appear only after the results of the negotiations between Moscow and Ankara—which are not too far away. There is no longer any doubt in Karabakh that Armenia’s authorities have ‘washed’ [their] ‘hands’ [of Artsakh] once and for. All the statements of the ruling elite of Armenia about Karabakh are just to deceive—nothing more," the Armenian opposition MP added.
