Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy on Monday.

According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, the interlocutors touched upon the situation resulting from the invasion of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the village of Parukh in Nagorno-Karabakh, the ongoing provocations and aggressive actions of Azerbaijan against the peaceful population of Nagorno-Karabakh, attempts to deliberately disrupt the normal functioning of vital infrastructure.

Commending the assessment of the USA to the Azerbaijani aggressive actions, Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the need for undertaking active steps towards de-escalation of the situation and underlining the consistent addressing of the issue by the international community.
