Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called today the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijani media reported, citing the press service of the Azerbaijani President.

According to the report, in the course of the conversation, President Zelenskyy informed the head of the Azerbaijani state of the situation in Ukraine. The two presidents noted the importance of creating humanitarian corridors and the continuation of peace talks.

In the course of the conversation, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Aliyev for the humanitarian aid provided to Ukraine.

In turn, President Ilham Aliyev said that Azerbaijan always attaches great importance to humanitarian issues and treats them with special attention.
