On March 24, the Azerbaijani armed forces crossed the line of contact between the parties—in the area of the ruins of Parukh village [of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh)]—, thus violating the first point of the trilateral statement. This is stated in the Telegram channel of the Russian peacekeepers.

The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent has decided to push forward the reserves in order to block the further advance of the Azerbaijani troops.

Currently the aforesaid village is under the control of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
