STEPANAKERT. – The proceedings for criminal case into the Azerbaijani armed forces firing at a tractor parked in Nakhijevanik village of the Askeran region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and causing damage to this tractor has accepted by the Artsakh Investigative Committee, the latter informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The respective criminal investigation continues.

Earlier, Armenian News-NEWS.am reported ( https://news.am/eng/news/690719.html ) that from the evening of March 9 to the morning of March 10, the Azerbaijani armed forces had fired at and damaged a tractor that was parked in the field by a land user after carrying out agricultural work in Nakhijevanik village of Artsakh.
