Appropriate conditions must be created between Azerbaijan and Armenia for peace talks. The statement came from Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov at a press conference, APA reports.
According to the envoy, Russia is always ready to assist in the start of peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Also, the diplomat stated that Azerbaijan had proposed Armenia to start peace talks.
