Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

"Based on the trilateral agreements which were signed in the past and previous years, the countries are working together to strengthen stability and security in the Transcaucasian region," the message said, in particular.
