YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: RA second President Robert Kocharyan fell and sustained injuries while skiing in Tsakhkadzor. He was not hospitalized, but he gets intravenous therapy at home.

These injuries are the reason why he did not participate in the previous court session [into the criminal case against him], a medical certificate was submitted [to court], and it was noted that the treatment will last about 10 days.

Due to health problems, Robert Kocharyan, according to our information, will not participate in today's rally—although his [political] team does not say anything definite, thinking that the fans of the second president will be disappointed and will not come to the [Freedom] square [in Yerevan] due to his absence.

The [former ruling] Republican Party [of Armenia (RPA)] told us that [third president and RPA chairman] Serzh Sargsyan will take part in the rally.
