Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer plans to visit Moscow on Monday after a visit to Kyiv, RIA Novosti reports citing the Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung.
The trip should take place tomorrow, Monday, the newspaper wrote, adding that Nehammer plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The trip was coordinated with the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
As noted by Nehammer's entourage, the Austrian chancellor, who wants to act as a bridge builder, needs to make not only telephone conversations, but also make visits.
