YEREVAN. – Past daily of Armenia writes: Noteworthy developments are taking place in the political field. In particular, due to the challenges facing the Republics of Armenia and Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], the parliamentary opposition [of Armenia], which tries to use new tools, is quite active.

According to Past newspaper’s information, in parallel with all this, the authorities also are carrying quite active activity in the information field; in particular, a total attack has been launched against opposition figures. We have information that during the last one or two months about a dozen new websites have been opened, which are being actively "circulated" by the circles serving the authorities. The main task of these resources is not so much the praise of the authorities, but the discrediting campaign aimed at the opposition figures active in the information field.

Let's add that not only Facebook domain, but also the TikTok and Instagram social media are being used in order to spread this "line."
