Copper prices on Tuesday are rising on the risks of supply disruptions, according to trading data and analysts' comments.

May futures for copper on the Comex exchange rises in price by 0.75%, to 4.6643 dollars per pound (about 0.45 kilograms).

On the London Metal Exchange (LME), following the results of Monday, the cost of a ton of copper with delivery in three months decreased by 1.19%, to $10,200.5, aluminum - by 3.75%, to $3,248, zinc - increased by 0.83 %, up to 4290 dollars per ton.
