Thursday morning, speaker Artur Tovmasyan of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly (NA) held a working consultation with the NA faction leaders and staff officials, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Artsakh parliament.

During the consultation it was decided to convene, on the initiative of the Artsakh MPs, a special NA sitting at 7pm—and with the agenda on a statement.
