Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has announced the need for the meetings between the special representatives of Ankara and Yerevan to be held in Turkey or Armenia, too.

"If we are talking about the normalization of relations, then why not hold [respective] meetings in Turkey or Armenia [as well]? We [i.e., Turkey] have expressed such readiness," Cavusoglu told NTV, adding that the next—third—meeting of the special representatives will be held in Vienna.

Their first meeting towards the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations was held in Moscow.
