The Office of the Third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, has posted on Facebook the first three paragraphs of the document of proposals which the OSCE Minsk Group had submitted in August 2016 to the parties negotiating for a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) conflict.

"Are these proposals similar to the [conflict settlement’s] phased option? The question is addressed to the people who read and understand what is clearly and unambiguously written (the underlining is ours) in black and white—not to those who are well aware of all this, but who deliberately falsify the NK negotiation process, who have failed the negotiations. Distorting history will not succeed," reads the respective statement from Sargsyan’s office said.
