Turkish Parliament Speaker Mustafa Sentop said the bill submitted by Garo Paylan has been returned.
According to the Turkish Hurriyet, the chairman of the Turkish parliament noted that the bill calling for the recognition of the Armenian Genocide contradicts the internal charter of the parliament, and on the evening of April 23 it was returned.
