German Ambassador Viktor Richter paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide at the Tsitsernakaberd memorial complex within the framework of an official government ceremony.
"Today, on April 24, we commemorate the victims of the 1915 Genocide," the German Embassy's Facebook page says.
