The U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy will pay a visit to Azerbaijan, the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan reported.

"U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Erika Olson will visit Azerbaijan. Olson will hold meetings with government officials and attend the Heads of Mission Conference April 27-28 in Baku."

The conference is attended by U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Earle Litzenberger, U.S. Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy, USAID Deputy Assistant Administrator Mark Simakovsky, Executive Coordinator for Europe and Eurasia Assistance Greg Naarden, and Chief Caucasus Negotiation Adviser Andrew Schofer.

"These mission leaders' conferences are held regularly. The most recent conference in 2021 was hosted by the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan. The U.S. embassies in Baku and Tbilisi organized conferences in 2019 and 2018. Because of COVID-19, the conference did not take place in 2020," the embassy said in its information.
