A 29-year-old pregnant woman who was involved in a car accident on Leo-Paronyan-Proshyan Street was hospitalized and had cardiac and respiratory arrests, Nairi Medical Center chief doctor Anatoly Gnuni told NEWS.am.

"Immediate resuscitation measures were initiated, which lasted for 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, biological death was registered," Gnuni said.  They also checked the child's heartbeat, which was absent.

Earlier it was reported that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's government motorcade ran over a pregnant woman at the intersection of Leo-Paronyan-Proshyan streets, who later died.
