YEREVAN. - Oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) will hold the next rally on September 9, Armenian First President, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan said at ANC rally in the Liberty Square on Tuesday.

Ter-Petrosyan said that September-October will be the time for decisive developments in the struggle of ANC.

According to him, in the event demands for early Parliamentary and Presidential elections will not be satisfied towards September and ANC will be left with only one demand- unconditional resignation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

“And this is not an ultimatum, this is a friendly warning. Although the authorities declare from time to time that we cannot speak in the language of ultimatums, the time for ultimatums may come as well. The constitution does not prohibit people to declare ultimatum to the authorities,” said Ter-Petrosyan.

According to him the names of murderers of 10 demonstrators at Liberty Square in Yerevan have not been disclosed even after three and a half years from the tragic event. The responsibility for that lies not only lies not only on the murderers but also on those who help them escape punishment.

“If they are not murderers, let Serzh Sargsyan see to due punishment of the guilty,” said Ter-Petrosyan.
